Feat, don't fail me now...

One thing that you may not know about me is that I a huge fan of Little Feat and have been since my days singing in clubs. We used to cover a couple of their tunes in one of my bands and there is just nothing like the synchopated rhythms of this music. I seriously can't sit still when their music comes on the radio and look OUT if I happen to fire up their Greatest Hits on my I-Pod. There is nothing like Time Loves A Hero, Let it Roll and Oh Atlanta to get me going...

Atlanta...hmmm...WE are going to be in Atlanta this coming APRIL. That's right, April 23-26 for STITCHES SOUTH! I got the word yesterday, from the folks at XRX (Knitter's Magazine) that all is set for the Stitches Event at the Cobb Galleria and after having my butt kicked out of the wishy washy space I was in, I sent in my application and signed on. This is how it all happened when I decided to do East for the first time...jump in with both feet and then let poor ROD figure out the logistics. :o) I go into the other room while he Does The Math, so nobody gets hurt...

Speaking of Rod...he was on the phone with Glynis Poad of Majacraft today and I am happy to say that we secured three of the brand new, super secret, super dooper thingamajigs that they will springing on the world next month. We hope to have those You Know Whatchamajiggers with us when we head up to Canby next month for the Oregon Flock & Fiber Fest. (I feel like a guy with an arm full of watches...c'mere Kid, wanna new Whatsis?) Cool beans.
