Nope, not labor. Whew. Of course now the doctor is concerned about the baby's size and is ordering an ultrasound for next week. The poor daughter is worried spitless and I can't stroke her hair over the phone. I just told her that if there were something wrong, the doctor would have ordered the test for today or tomorrow... First rule of being a doctor...thou shalt not freak out the patient that is carrying the first baby!
I am a rock. Really...especially since Gail snagged that Joseph's Coat Merino. :o)
Oh yeah, I ordered 4 dozen knitter's car magnets and they are on their way. Yippee!
I was a month early and only 5 1/2 pounds but I was a pain in the butt from the start - small is ok. I hope that's what they find out when they do the sonogram.

I hope everything comes back fine. As long as she still feels that baby moving, kicking, wiggling, whatever - at 36 weeks, that precious grandfetus is almost fully cooked and can come out whenever! (I can't remember if 36 or 37 weeks is considered full term).

Give her a big hug from all of us, first chance you get. Best wishes for a safe delivery at the right time.
